We took Mags to Disneyland on her 5th birthday...
and it. was. so. much. fun...

Uncle John was one of the first people I told that I was pregnant with Mags...
we'd driven over from AZ for a visit before the drive back to Canada that summer
and spent a couple days in San Clemente with him.
The morning after our arrival,
Uncle John left for a jog and arrived with one of my now "favourite things ever"
A Pedro's steak/egg/cheese/potato breakfast burrito...
not much pleased my stomach at the time, but oh how that beloved burrito did.
Their bean and cheese is nothing to laugh about either...
So there was no question we'd be stopping there on our way to Anaheim
(funny side note: we've been there every time we visit John in SoCal,
except when I was deathly ill *maybe a bit of an exaggeration* pregnant with Ander,
because we drove through too late and they were closed...
I'm pretty sure *most definitely sure* there were some tears shed over it)

Once there...
Joel and Mags entered City Hall to get a Birthday Badge...

If you look close at this picture...
you'll see the single crocodile tear under Ander's left eye (his left)
After his "much needed" nap,
he began to get quite be-flustered at his lack of involvement in the rides.
We did our best to remedy that...

The two pictures above are the kids reactions to the teacups...
apparently Ander didn't have to be thrilled...
he just had to be involved...
