What do you think? Do I look old enough to be the "big" 10?
28 = 2 + 8 = 10
I don't mind being 28, but I like being 10 so much better. If I continue on this whole "just add my two current age numbers together" kick, I'll never be older than 18... purrfect.
So as you've probably guessed, I just had another birthday. It was fabulous as always (because I've got a pretty rockin' husband, that always makes me a rockin' cake). This year Joel's cake creation was a "Giant Book" (last years was a Monogrammed cake and the year before that was the Golden Gate Bridge). It kind of drives him crazy, okay, it drives him a bunch crazy that I buy books and then read them in two days, he thinks it's such a waste of money (who'll be the one laughing when we have the best library ever...). So when he handed me my cake, his exact words were, "try gettin' through this in a day"... muwahahaha... he thinks he's so clever.
Celine Dion tickets... this boy will suffer through anything for me, he's a keeper.
Anyone that knows me, knows that I take a million pictures (you can take 100 and only 1 is just perfect). Sharon got me a great book on how to display all of my millions of photos. Love it!

Happy Belated Birthday my favorite girl!!!!!!!
happy birthday, pretty lady!
love, love, love the cake...
Regan my life has been so out of control lately! I was thinking of you on your birthday...it was the same day Brian went into surgery for his knee. I am sorry I didn't call, but please know that I love you and hope you had a wonderful day. Joel is pretty amazing to make you cakes like that....I think I have to make my own cake this week if I want one, since Brian is still not very mobile! Just wanted to say that you are beautiful and so smart for a 10 year old!
Regan! My long, lost kinda-cousin! I just saw your comment on Jenn's blog and had to say "HI" What a cute family you have! Happy birthday! What's Colleen up to these days?
Happy Birthday! We are so sad that we couldn't celebrate with you! We miss you terribly. I hope all is well and we love you tons and tons.
Jen
Really wish I could have been there...ask Joel where this cake thing started....I'm thinking back to the Red living room cake we made but I am wondering if there is more history that I'm not remembering. So what was the best part of the book?......and you look beautiful- I still love your haircut.
