This morning (bright and early I might add) I was feeding Anderson thinking random thoughts.
I looked down to see his little hands and his freshly clipped fingernails.
I got a huge smile on my face...
Yesterday Joel was clipping his nails. When finished, he called Maguire over to clip hers.
Later in the day I clipped mine and then grabbed Ander to clip his.
I love a freshly clipped fingernail family.
It really does put a big smile on my face.

you are so funny. i can't tell you how much i appreciate lucy's fresh cut fingernails (which of course is brady's job because he has "dental eyes"). when her nails are long she scratches the crap out of me.

First day of school is always a tear jerker, but they learn so much and have so much fun meeting new friends. And.... it makes it all worth it, to see them so excited to see you pick them up. Good luck with this stage of your life. That girl maggie is going to go places, she is already a fashion diva!
