Last weekend Joel and I were up watching a movie... it was snowing outside... and it was just one of those cozy nights.
Suddenly Joel pipes up and says "we should have a camp out down here tonight!"
"Um" "what?"
"Let's move the mattress topper down here and have a living room sleepover".
I had a look of hesitation...
"C'mon Reg, that's what makes us fun!"
How could I argue that?
After everything was set up I look over to see this goofy boyish grin on Joel's face (which I adore by the way), and he says "the only thing that could make this moment more fun, is going and getting Mags... she'd love this".
It was 11:30 p.m.
I drew the line there. I'm not that fun.
She did however get to enjoy it the next morning and her look of awe when she saw us from the banister above was priceless.

You two are SO fun! Love the pictures, and I LOVE the pictures of Mags and Joel on the tramp. That Maggie, she sure has her daddy wrapped around her finger...and that is the best place for him to be.
We always used to have living room sleepovers when we were first married! Sadly Tim learned I automatically fall asleep 2 minutes into a movie if I get to watch it on a comfy mattress. I guess I'm not that fun!

That is WAY fun! What would make that even more fun (and you can tell Joel this), was to have a campout IN A FORT! Oh ya. Next time Joel...a fort. I'm tellin' ya, that would make you more fun!

duh. i guess i could have been a little more detailed in my last comment. ok. so the other two pink stands (in the upper left) are from random (and now closed!) antique stores in seattle. boo.
